Heehaw celebrates #ScottishBookWeek with the Scottish Book Trust
Here at Heehaw we love a story and we’re all massive book worms, so it’s been just brilliant to work with the Scottish Book Trust on a number of projects. Nov 19th – 25th has been #BookWeekScotland – and during this week people of all ages and walks of life will come together in libraries, schools, community venues and workplaces to share and enjoy books and reading. As part of the campaign Heehaw produced a short film which that was inspired by Tom Pow’s poem I read:

“We wanted to do something a bit different with our first fundraising film and looked at a lot of agency websites and a lot of showreels before deciding to approach Heehaw. There was something creative, ambitious, and filmic about the films they’d made – it really drew us in.
We were taken aback, in a good way, at how much Heehaw liked our idea for a short film about our charity’s values. The team at Heehaw really thought about the best approach and strengthened our original ideas no end. We couldn’t be prouder of the final film we made together and can’t imagine having made it with anyone else.”
